Formed in 1992, and based in the Reading area, Chain Gang has built a following playing a funky mix of Soul, R&B and Motown to pub and club audiences as well as large outdoor festivals. 

Highlights have included supporting Jools Holland at Farleigh House Music Festival, performances at the 2003 Silverstone Grand Prix, Knowle Hill Steam rallies, regular appearances at the Madejski Stadium Jazz Café in Reading, Jagz in Ascot, and annually at Pangbourne Village fete and charity event Rock in-the-Rec at Arborfield.

Chain Gang boasts a 14 piece line up featuring 4 singers with a stunning array of vocal harmonies, and a 5 part horn section for that Big Band sound.  Not for the faint-hearted!
